After a few days of visiting theme parks, the Queen Mary and various shops we tired of LA and decided to head to Palm Springs. It's a lot hotter here - hurrah!! We went on the cable car up Mount San Jacinto and enjoyed the 20 degree drop in temperature. It was quite strange to be walking through snow in my sandals. After cooling off we headed back to our hotel to warm up by the pool. Tomorrow we're going to the Joshua Tree National Park and then making our way to Vegas - yeah baby!

VERY proud of you going on a cab'e car. Sounds like you are having fun and weird that you where in the snow in your sandles. It's snowing at my folks at the mo, but not settling
